Sonota, Sonora March 27, 1938 Along the banks of large wash thru lava among ironwood, palo verde, and ochotillo ♀85 caught in small mousetrap. 350+ ft., Batamote, Rio Sonoita, 39 mi. wsw. Sonora, Sonora April 8, 1938. 1♂ and 1♀ caught among mesquite and creosote in sand along bank of the river. Cheek-pouch contents saved. Two other ♀'s taken by party. 300+ ft., 7 mi. ESE Rancho Libertad, Sonora. May 12, 1938. Two (♂358; ♀359) taken on sand among mesquite. Cheek-pouch contents saved.
