The main mercado fell down in the earthquake - all that remains is a big pit - so we hit the alternate one. Paul got a belt- I looked at some jades but none of it was right. We returned for the starter, put it in the car, & lounge, it still didn't work. Rolled it one more time & went to the starter man - it was a bad terminal on the battery! One buck more, & it was fine & clear. We also got a couple of grease seals for the front end; Paul will have them put on tomorrow (we have no cows yet, alas!).
