Song: given from 25 feet up in a small amate.
wa-sheet, wa-sheet, wa-sheet
Nest 10 feet up in BHA at edge of path just about 15 feet from a line of small amates. 2 birds present one carried material to nest, worked on nest while the other flew -> we-do-it, we-do-it or weet-do-it, 3 or 4 times - other bird up river answered. Second line pair at nest, may start wa-sheet song & change to the other. Foraging 30 feet up in a guamuche. Only one bird singing at a time - repeating weet-do-it three or four times. Melodious song, more like weet-do-it than a triplet - intermediate between two. Singing repeatedly at 8:15 - only one bird singing. Social flycatcher present - also aratinga in trees. The wa-sheet song gains in volume as it progresses.
As two birds flew to perch they gave a dull chuting tails, Turdus grayi common in same habitat as wren, very fast faster than other,
a-weetheet - given by same bird as above - song lasting several seconds, may change to we-do-it song in middle of the above song.
