R. K. Selander, 1953 64 Tonalá, 180ft., Chiapas, México Oct. 25 Schedule of train - Tonalá - Mojarros : Going A.M. 7:10 7:20 7:27 7:40 B 7:55 8:09 Tonalá Quetzalapa Esmeralda La Polka Calaña Amates Mojarros Coming 17:30 P.M. 17:20 17:13 17:00 B = no stop? 16:45 16:32 It will be important to catch the train back from Mojarros (and other points) as there are no hotels in Mojarros or any of these places. Better play it really safe the first time and arrive back at the station an hour or more before the train is scheduled to leave for Tonalá. Feeling sort of sick today - muscles ache in a strange way - may be my cold. Asked a boy to have 2 horses at the Hotel tomorrow for a trip to Perente Ariesta to look the country over. Will delay work at Mojarros until I see the Presidente and get a guide from him. Saw a lizard today which had a body more than a foot long! It jumped from a small tree and rushed into the grass before I could get a shot.
