K.Selander, 1952 Eremophila alpestris July 17 U.S. Highway #89 from 15 mi. N Orderville to 3 mi. N Prescott, 4000 ft., Yavapai Co., Arizona - Horned larks seen frequently along dirt roads and in fields of low scrub and cactus vegetation. Not in flocks. Usually 3 or 4 seen at one time, however.
