R.K.Selander, 1952 Phalacrocorax (olivaceus?) = olivaceus August 21 Pie de la Cuesta, 20 ft., Guerrero, Mexico. - Noted a cormorant (probably this species; definitely not P. auritus) swimming very low in water in the laguna. August 23 3 flying low over the laguna. August 24 Shot one today at 8:00 A.M. flying over laguna. Proved to be P. olivaceus; an adult female which I prepared as a skeleton. Eye (=iris) decidedly greenish. Not very fat. August 26 One in laguna. August 25 5 in laguna
