Seib, R. 1984 Cabo San Lucas, to Manzanillo, Colima, Mexico 7 Oct time we were actually driving south it was dust. Night drove fast seeing lots of frogs and only two dor snakes: a Crotalus durissus 44. mi S Puerto Vallarta, and a Leptocoris septentrionalis? 122. mi S Puerto Vallarta. We tried to get unleaded gas (extra) everywhere. In Manzanillo we got no unleaded and they said they have not had extra for over a year. We met some great Mexicans who owned Carlos & Charlie's (a restaurant) a few kilometers South of Manzanillo. They gave us drinks and offered us dinner, but we only accepted the drinks and crashed at a dive in Las Brisas. Manzanillo to Zihuatanejo, Guerrero, México 9 Oct. Woke up and phoned Ted Papenfuss to ask advice about gasoline problem. He suggested using leaded gas, destroying the catalytic converter, and continuing having a wonderful trip. I received this advice heartily. We said our goodbyes to Jesus and Alberto of Carlos & Charlie's and drove South, 23.1 km S Tecoman picked up a Dor Maticophis mentovarius, 26.4 km S Tecoman stopped at
