Seib, R. 1982 Tapachula, Chiapas, Mexico 19 Aug all afternoon. One of the sautres was a female Pliocercus with eggs, the only adult we've seen this trip. Pliocercus are much rarer now than in the past. Drove back to the hotel in an absolutely driving thunder storm. Pickled the 13 sautres. Had dinner at the restaurant near the Kamico. I had two full dinners due to great hunger, and two large coffees. We decided to night drive the Huitatla pool, but it was only sprintling there. Found one DOR Imantodes. Arrived back hotel 23:00. 20 Aug Woke and had breakfast. Briefly went to the pool and then I went into town to do errands while Allison relaxed at the pool. First went to Aero México, where they were successful in changing our reservations to one day early. Then went to Bancomer, where I spent about 45 minutes waiting in lines. It turns out that last week the Mexican Government decided that there would be various rates of exchange for American money. They told me my traveller's checks were "documentos" and that they were worth less than American dollars. Today the exchange rate was 95 pesos on the dollar, but I only received
