Holmes, R. 1963 E. pasillus 8. 10 July Barrow, Alaska First 14 birds moving along gasline near gasline ridge. There were several adults & 1 with small dusky patches. 12 July Two adults collected 100 yds south from salt lagoon - about as if they had just arrived. Sweet adults milling around me at west bluff of Upt Creek & one flying young was collected. 13 July 1 in Footprint Lake 14 July Nest a beach ridge census plot contained 4- woos than one day old chicks. Both adults were present. 15 July An adult with 4 young were found on north slope / beach ridge - 20 yds SE of ABCS - 1 well & rest banded. 18 July 1 Ad collected east of ABCS - may have been brood nearby (not other birds with chicks). 19 July 2 collected from Brothers area - probably had nest a little nearby - but not were not found. 25 July Two flying immatures collected on Gasline ridge - 6 feet plunge - in showers. 1 immature was also collected: drumano.
