Holmes, R. 1959 Ereunekes pusillus 9 August Barrow, Alaska Two to Three hundred birds were still present on Footprint Lake. The birds were scattered; no flocks were observed. Due to a low fog, probably little flying was done. 11 August P.H. Point, Alaska 6 birds were present in a small good next to the airstrip. Three more were near the main buildings. Otherwise, very little activity was noted at the port. This bird. 13 August Pitt Point, Alaska About 4 or 5 are usually seen on small drainage ditch just so. The base. Away from this area, none have been seen. 18 August Barrow, Alaska Three were seen on the shore of Freshwater Lagoon. 19 August Barrow, Alaska About 20 were present around the Red. Boiler and Downtown on Footprint Lake. They comprised a very small proportion of the birds present. They were feeding among the others at the mud.
