Holmes.R. 1955 Creunetes puscellus 13 July, Barrow, Alaska Four young and an adult were seen just S.S.W. of The Building 355. The young scattered while the Ad flew around trying to defend her young. Both Adults even present, both were flying from a low search, landing and then flying again. Occas. a third bird would attempt to fly into the area and it would be chased out immediately. Several displays (aerial) were heard from the mole with the young and from another in the dun area. 14 July Barrow, Alaska. Two aerial displays were heard at the S.E. end of Fortprint Lake. 20 July Barrow, Alaska. None have been seen or heard during the last week except for a few immediately behind The Bob. Two were collected there during the evening. 3 August Colville Delta, Alaska Two seen at George Leppard's camp on the Colville Delta. 5 August Barrow, Alaska Three seen just west of Freshwater Lagoon.
