Holmes, R. 1962 26 June Barrow, Alaska The aggressive note was given during the Sanderling-Sanderling chase, given by the Sanderling who chasing Pectoral + Baird's Edges. It is usually given when the wing is in chase or occasionally on the ground - prior to chase flight (e.g., a song (Pectoral's Head).) The bird watched was displaying an area - clocked - below - but always No. Muddar Lake p1. Beach Ridge returned to the disliked area. The pair was seen farther west, however during chasing - all other birds were flying over the entire area. It could not be determined if the settled bird in cover of Bean tenta - was the aggressor - chose - while the Sanderling who gave - but this is probably to be assumed. The lone or mowers do aerial displays - some of which lasted less than 30 sec - the birds covered about 100' - a flight lasted 1 min. 30 sec - the bird flew to the
