full plumage and were
encountered in groups 1 2 and 3
feeding on the "dry" hilly slope.
They were seen in the footpunt
lake bottom.
24 August Barrow, Alaska
Four seen along the Beach Ridge.
There were all in full plumage.
27 August Barrow, Alaska
One seen just no. 1 Wohllebog
Slough, and few more even noted
near the mouth of the Slough.
All were in fall plumage.
