Holmes,R. 1960 Anas acuta 7 June Barrow, Alaska A pair seen in the evening along Else Lagoon, south 1 Wobbleschog Slough. They were also seen in the morning 10 June - !See west 1 footprind lake. 7 8s seen flying northward over Else Lagoon & Woll. Slough. 12 June - 48" and 34" were sitting on the north end of Footprint Lake. Sexes were separated, + when flushed, The 34" flown off together as did The 48". 16 June - A flock of 34 8s seen on Footprint Lake 20 June - A nest seen on the level ridge, just East of the 1itrow 1 beverage antenna. It was situated ~ a barren area in the depression of a old cat rock. Nest material had been gathered and woven into a compact nest (-wove 1 dry cut grass). The nest contained 5 eggs, and The 4" was sitting on The nest when disturbed. 24 June Ikeravik (Barrow), Alaska A flock of 11 8s" were seen just South 1 The 2nd white with Ikeravik. There were no Sleeping ducks along the shore
