Have lived at this address 31 years and have never seen any young quail on the lot. Though they are hatched & raised and surrounding hills. This bird has no top knot and Cal quail do at this age. There are several other quail being kept at the behavior Station which is up slope due E some 1/2 - 3/4 mile from our lot. Sept 25 1968 acc 10803 3 mi. NW Brentwood, Contra Costa Co., Calif.
