had just the faintest suggestion of
gold swelling. Slides are being made
to determine if it is pyg nodul.
In the vicinity of Tamales saw
3 flocks of 75-100 Starlings. They
were around the dairy cattle
much like the flockes of Blackbirds.
These are the first flockes I have
seen since coming here to trap
molees.
The live traps didn't function worth
a darn. Too hard to spring - will
have to rework again.

The ? mole I had in captivity died after
5 days. I had not given her any water
and this may have been the reason.
She had 3 emb. all in one
tube.
