While I was looking for suitable
place to set three lights I turned
over an old plonk and there was a
2-mole beneath. He was easy to catch
by hand. This was one of the real tame
ones. Mole vary a great deal in
temperment. Some individuals squeek
and attempt to bite when picked
up by tail. A few do not squeek
and can soon be handled with
scarcely any attempts at biting.
With aid of the lights took 2 & at
4 P.M. Another was missed with show.
