Mar. 1, 1943 Is-day Mrs. Hertzoel, Univ. Calif., Berk. Calif. Is-day Sherburne Cook brought in 31 skinks that he says he collected Feb. 27 & 28, along the east ridge of Wild Cat Canyon, northeast of the Golden Park Golf Course. He also collected many other reptiles and amphibians. They are listed in the catalogue, after the Eumeces; at the end of the accession. Mar. 2, 1943 Supplement to summary of collection data on skinks collected in Berkeley Hills since Mar. 1, 1942. Summary is on pp. 62 and 63. by him S.F. Cook, Jr. brought in 11 skinks collected Feb. 27 and 20 collected Feb. 28, at Golden Park, Contra Costa Co., Calif. These added to the others collected since Feb. 27, 1942, make a total of 413. The four collected Feb. 27, 1942 will not be included in the study of growth; that means, a total of 409 will be used.
