Nos 1 and 20 turned out to be males, as I had guessed. Nos. 14, 13, 2214 all had been marked ♂? because even tho I had been able to probe where hemi-pens would be in males, they looked light in structure - especially head - and I figured females should be. ♂ No 20 Red head, Green tail ♂ " 1 Faintly pink labials, Green tail * Not as red as no. 20, but pink labials and reddish sides of head and high on temporal regions. ♀ " 2214 Red head*, Red tail ♀ " 14 Faintly pink labials, Red tail ♀ " 13 Faintly pink labials, Green tail Sexing by probing was unsuccessful. Some females could be probed deeper than some males. The depth probeable varied greatly even to opposite side of the same individual. Probe could be easily pushed back under from 2 to 6 ventral tail scales. probe ↑ (more on p. 42) ↓ 6 scales tip of vent.
