Iris gray (about as on back) dorsally, and lighter (about as on lower scales) rows of sides) ventrally, and a dark smudge anteriorly and posteriorly. Also, in the lower half of the iris there is a faint streak of Orange - Cinnamon (Pl. XXIIX, 13").
