Turnout 2100 hrs We went through the animals and I made decisions regarding which animals to save for karyotyping. I have contacted Pedro Leon and arranged for a place to karyotype in the morning. We will process 19 animals tomorrow and preserve eight this evening. 20 July (Tuesday) 0640 hrs Arose, dressed and left to eat breakfast. 0835 hrs After eating and loading necessary equipment in the car we are ready to drive to the University. 1230 hrs stopped for a break to eat.
