We eventually talked with someone who said the copies of our species lists of animals to be collected would be copied. After this was done, another person told us that simply a list was not enough, but that we needed a complete report. I then told him that we did have complete copies and that our requests should already have arrived by mail. However, only Ed's had arrived and had already been approved. He took our permit applications (mine & Phil's). About 10 minutes later several people met and made decisions regarding permits. Both our requests were approved and we were told to return tomorrow to pick them up. 11:30 hrs. Returned to the Hotel and attempted to buy liquid nitrogen. 13:00 hrs. We spent some time gathering the traps together, numbering them, etc. 13:45 hrs Arrived at Pedro Leon's lab to find that neither he or Tony Morenos were there. 14:30 hrs Returned to Hotel. I plan to take a taxi once again to try to purchase liquid N2. The plant is located at Calle 6, Avenida 16 and is called "Bodega Gases" Industrial." The hours are 8-11 and 1:30-5 pm Mon-Fri. and 8-11:00 on Sat. But, they only sell liquid N2 Mon - Fri from 8:00-10:30 and
