RIBBLE, D.D. 1989 Procyonus CALIFORNICUS 2 Testing Reservation, Monkey Co., Calif. Jan 10 This am on GRID RC, I dusted ♀#020, imp, early prog?, 45.5g, with ORANGE at 4,9. Also, caught ♂#1233 at 6,1lo covered with visible BLUE-GREEN (from♀030) and also ♂#0400 had some BLUE-GREEN visible around ears and on feet - I need to examine this animal in the dark, but I suspect he might have crossed the trail of powder that #030 left behind. This PM on GRID RC, I dusted♀#0100, imp with ORANGE powder at station 6,14. I think she is formerly #1389, but I should [doars 11 Jan] Collect her tail tip to compare to that of 1389 previously collected. Caught ♂#1955 with very faint RED powder in its ears, probably old. (4-6,13) Jan 11 This am on GRID RC, caught ♂#1155 with BROWN visible (from #1304) in ears and on tail; ♂#1257 with ORANGE visible in ears, at 4,9 (from#020); and I dusted♀#1421, 3g, imp, with GREEN powder at station 4,8. This PM on GRID RC I redusted ♀/225, st 6,11; with PURPLE powder. Jan 12 This AM on GRID RC I redusted♀#020 with ORANGE powder at station 4,9. Also caught ♂#1264 with PURPLE powder (from ♀/225) covering his head, feet and tail (clearly visible) at 5,11 This PM on GRID RC I redusted♀1979, st 6,18 with RED powder; and caught ♂#1233, st 5,14; with BLUE-GREEN visible on mouth & tail (from♀♀030); ♂#0130 covered with PURPLE at 6,10 (from♀/225); and ♂1257; st 4,9, covered with ORANGE powder (from♀020). Jan 13 This AM on GRID RC I redusted♀#030 with BLUE-GREEN powder at st. 6,15. This PM on GRID RC caught ♂#1156,st 6,13 with definite BROWN in his ears (from ♂/478 ♀ Mature, saetal family). 35.5g. Ear-tagged. GRID RC, st 5,10. Tissues coll. No sign of powder, presumably an immigrant.
