June 20 East Mojave Desert, San Bernardino Co., Calif.: 1 singing at ~5600 ft in lower Keystone Cyn in pinyon-juniper-oak and another was singing in pinyon-oak below New York Peak at ~6600 ft. Are they breeding or attempting to find mates? - it's very late for migrants.
June 21 Kingston Range, San Bernardino Co., Calif.: 1 singing in pinyon woods at 6800 ft - breeding or extremely late migrant?
Oct. 30 Monterey area, Monterey Co., Calif.: 1- Carmel Rivermouth - late.
