Calif.: 3 birds singing at different points above Keystone Cyn 6600-7000 ft. - one very near white firs June 21 Kingston Range San Bernardino Co. Calif.: 4 birds singing at different points in canyons A and B plus one bird assumed to be a ♀ seen building and shaping a nest at about 6700 ft. in a large dead pinyon. The nest was about 8' off the ground on a branch which curved abruptly towards the ground May 23 Furnace Creek Ranch, Inyo Co., Calif.: 175♂ counted on golf course - amazing concentration, undoubtedly due to the bad weather grounding all migrants.
