This was a fulug, the first of this race I've seen in N. Calif. It was probably the yellowest shorebird I've ever seen - conspicuous yellow on face, chest, and upper belly as well as dorsal surface. Seemed smaller than P.d.dominica Sept.12 Monterey area: 1 - (same bird) Nov. 19 Pt. Reyes: 1 (dominica) - Drafle's Beach Rd.
