A male feeding in a rare patch along the creek
about 11 A.M. A well marked bird.
4 June Still in the same area this A.M.
5 June A f that looked like cismontanus was in camp
today—much brown on the back and the side a bit pale.
Clearly a slate-colored bird. Only one was seen.
It was in the same area the two were seen.
