May 8 Barr Lake area, Adams Co., Colo.: 1 in cottonwoods along east side
of Barr Lake; no "quick-three-beers" song but calling its typical
"chup-chup-chup". Rather early arrival.
Sep. 19 Bridalveil Campg., Yosemite NP, Mariposa Co., Calif.: 1 - probably close to
extreme departure date from this elevation.
