Empidonax difficilis
Dec. 13 Fairmont Park, Riverside Co., Calif.: 1 in dense riparian - greenish head and back; yellowish throat, breast, and underparts; pale wingbars; large white eye-ring. Extremely rare in winter. An Empidonax seen here on Dec. 6 within 100 yds. of same spot may have been this individual but I thought it had looked like a Hammond's
