June 14 2 mi SE Beegum, 1650 ft., Tehama Co., Calif.
One female, bearing 2 embryos each 1" mm. long, was taken on an area of bare soil near the base of an Adenostoma shrub and near entrance holes very likely those of this individual. For additional details on the general habitat, see the account of Perognathus.
