June 15 2 mi SE Beqsum, 1650 ft., Tehama Co., Calif.
One female taken by Miller in pine-oak woodland on the valley flat. Probably a stray.
June 15-18. 2 mi E Flagfork, 2400 ft., Trinity Co., Calif.
Occasional individuals noted along Big Creek in streamside thickets.
A stray was taken in Camp (pine oak woodland) on the 18th.
June 25 1 mi W Ryamporo, 1200 ft., Trinity Co., Calif.
Fairly common in the open oak woodland along the base of a south-facing slope above camp. One adult was foraging with a well-grown juvenile bird.
