P. De Benedictis 1965 Calidius pasillus 26 July Barrow, Alaska - Nest 19 contains one day young bird and two eggs. The pair was present. At least 2 other pairs near by, near nests 7 & 8, with young judging from their behavior. Nest 9 empty and the marker for Nest 10 had been moved. 27 July Nest 19 with two cold eggs, collected in the evening. Both were infertile, and weight 5.9 and 6.8 gms. Nest 25 with shells littered all over the cup. No adults seen near Micronet but several in the VOTF area. The parents were near Nest 19 but not concerned with the nest in its all.
