Pearson - 1995 22 over 100 fires last year, almost all started on purpose. Eileen and John came by. They hear the barn owl every night, have heard a horned owl, and bats are common at their campsite. They have no evidence of more than one litter per year in sociabilis, nor survival of adults for more than one season. They suspect that some males might have solitary peripheral burrows. 18 December.- Minimum overnight 55. Sunny, warm.
