spring. Very dry. Then visited Michael Christie at Planimentario. They had a mummy [illegible] picked up near the Mirillaar. also a taco from Cerro Catedral; the skin looks also boigi but the skull is more [illegible] than most boigi. For Christie's comparison of skull COC 061 with typos in BMNH, see Ododon species account. Dec. 6. Anita met Siegfried Rudnick in the street. He said it is a dry year, Sunny & warm all day. went with Michael Christie and 3 of her assistants to a different "mallin" (not met) above Estancia Fortun Chacalvoso. This one 2 km E 2 km S Cerro Pantuda. As before, there were a couple of restricted closure of tacos. Caught one, saw and heard others. See species account for the rare rared tacos. Home to Barlocho 8:30 p.m. Dec. 7. Sept with Felipe Valverde and AKP at noon for Sago Falkner to look for Ododon. Early morning was cloudy, then clear & warm. Clouded up again at sunset of Sago Falkner. No bamboo blooming en route. The lupine glaciers at Roca Molan (nobody there). Camped in the North campground at western end of the lake and set traps along the edge of the lake where the forest comes down to the water (Coibus, caƱa, Berberis, gorgeous Voltran clearings). Saw no sign of rats or mice. Set about 10 cage traps, 8 steel traps, 12 Sherman, and 15 MS. Anita put out two lines totally 17 Sherman, 35 MS, 1 steel, 1 rat trap, all
