I never got an account of their captures in their oil-can traps, but think it was a modest number of Phyllothi and Chodors.
We loused them 20 big Sherman to compare efficiency with their traps, [illegible] but got no report.
From Merlo drove to San Jesus and had a cafe with Crea Maria Bezodo who, along with Victor Rodriguez are studying teco-teco in the Prov. of San Juix.
She came to my lecture in Rio Cuarto.
Then drove to Mendoza and arrived about 11:30 P.M. Toads crossing the highway, apparently result of recent rains. Temps. about 100° F.
Mar. 28. Mendoza. Went out to [ADIZA] in their new quarters; very impressive.
Ricardo Ogado was away, but Maria Rosi showed us the manual collection, a lot of Chodon faunthlemuse from Mendoza Prov., I think from Rio Diamonto, also an elodor, jinestata
