Atto, gets of Sunday dinner there and thence, May2 to go Sibola at noon. Overcast but not cold or windy. Photo (Vello Encontado), then stopped at the Park Guard House at Sfebo (Horacio, Julio, and Paula Sanchez). Walked with Horacio 1 1/2 mile up the valley Sa Corolla looking for Sagoma Tree and its two trees, but find no loft. Patches of logs in the distance and open tops of the Cuyju Mangazo ruins, (lower portion) a large nest (in the ground) a couple of miles upstream, far from the road. Sit dead bores on the road between Michal Higi and Vello Encontado, several of them covered with yellow jackets. This is a private subholding within the park and Horacio feels that he is working for a private party; public not admitted, May3 Rain during night, morning 4° clear, clouds in the valley...Drive with Horacio family to Cueva Triful. Impressive cavernation, still some massive boxes left on the side under the perches. Photo of cave (outside). Left Horacio off at Sfebo at noon and went back to Vello Encontado for photos, then more photos near Sa Sibola. Home 3 p.m. a scraper man working along the margins of the road near the airport takeoff. One chevron in attendance. Checked for snakes + lizards but found none, Rosolmeso habitat. Horacio has a reprint: W. Kuznezor 1953. Gas Sormigas en los Parques Nacionales de la Patagonia y
