Also 2 degus of some kind and 4 4-eyed frogs under one log along the road. Anta's dies in the retamero caught 1 also longi, 1 baby also olivo, and 1 baby Oryzomyx soldivana, With Rodolfo we then set traps at in N. donbaji- lawler forest about 4 km west along the south side of Zaga Roza. The coihues are big, very tall, all the same age, no sealings. Fairly good bamboo understory, plus Barbarea darwinii, B. linearifolia, chaura, etc. Sets of crops. I put 18 Shannon and about 25 MS; Anta put 34 traps in this forest. There has been some grazing here (bamboo), but no cows now. Rodolfo says no cervos, a few pudu (to his eyes tooke), no licernuel, some gatos x Dec. 17 morning cold, foggy, then sunny, no clouds. Anta's traps around coips and in the retamero caught 2 also longi and 3 a. olivianos. Mine in retamero caught 1 longi, 1 olivo, 1 ??otrichia x Anta's in forest caught 1 ab olivo; mime 5 a. longi, 1 a. olivo, and 2 notiomys? These woods seem quite dry. Total catch here for 2 days, something like 300 traps
