I dug with shovel for 20 minutes looking for invertabates for the live Notornyx. Found only 1 small earthworm and 3 or 4 very small grubs. Sombody/reflex along stream, scattered tree + shrubs along stream, hillsides news, bunchgrass, and Colletta & Barberia. Dolly Frey again mentioned invasions of moles "no told or only a short tail". I put out 40 mouse spears and 15 Shermons in a small sunny/brushy area below the swimming pool, across news/bunchgrass desert, and mostly along a tiny stream through this desert.
