and saved old seed heads. Just after I noticed
only 1 clump of flowering bambuco along the same
street. The clump I dead where we set traps
last after looks exactly the same. Miguel says
that the big dead clump below the rasciner was already
dead last autumn.
The signor El Aluelo says if I install, 2 mm
chameter 3 in above ground-level,
Drogito all day.
Nov. 19
Clear moon sometime in night, but morning cloudy
with new snow on the hilltops, occasional weak sun
until 1 pm, then rain. My 18 traps in clean-floor
bambuco -> 3 more also longi, Anita's lost 3 Orug,
2 divisions, 1 Rotio soldier, and about 4 longi. Diarcades
2 adult also longi. Still a couple of non-breeding also
longi & 1 at a juv. also clive.
Bamboo on the grid left to 30 mm diam.
The captive Dronwico's ate almost nothing overnight (escaped
from bucket but recaptured), but brought it to the head off a
big bambuco loria..

In searching for grubs for the Dronwico's, I dug at
the edge of a clean-floor bambuco clump. Found 2 big grubs
