Eyes shut. ...... lost in Festuca ...... 11:25 in middle of Festuca 11:27 8.8/20 Cloud - Liz in Festuca chip on dead leaves. 11:30 moved in under dead Festuca 11:37 - can't pick up signal. Cloudy since 11:27. 11:43 sitting on dry Festuca still cloudy TA = 12.9 = 53. 11:48 8.8/20 still cloudy; Liz is sitting on spot out guard. 12:15 8.5/20 same place: flat, dead mat 12:18 - first seen after long cloud then bright cloud almost immediately 12:30 left looking back. lobbing in open 12:35 has moved 20 ft north, lobbing occasionally (maybe lizard on rock 3 ft. away) 12:45 about 50 ft north of his burrow 12:47 temp - just under gram of this Festuca looking/feel 28°high 12:48 lying on a dead Festuca pod. 12:50 moving again. 12:55 sun for about 10 min. now 1:03 has now 30 yd from last night's burrow 1:10 somewhere in a big ring of Festuca) cold next wind blowing, heavy clouds. 1:20 hail started, lizard in Festuca. into a Festuca clump 3 ft away 2:52 bright - overcast, lizard in middle of live-dead, hail filled Festuca clump 2:52 35.8 oes/20 dikes = 5.6° 2:58 36.2 oes/20 dikes. Nearly similar Festuca, 4°. Lizard's home burrow was clogged completely with hail. 4:02 37.4/20 Festuca soggy + snowy. Weather soggy = 4.9° 4:08 more rain 5:35 38.8/20 cloudy met cold drizzle.
