June 7 Put out museum specials on all Colburn lines 3-7pm, laced with peanut butter. Weather coolish but mostly sunny. Very few good rumpags in the meadow, and no mouse whitewash. Bodies of gophers.
It has been a very dry winter, vegetation short + sparse but oats still greenish, saved by a 1/2
