Season 1969 John Davis' orange grove is 15 km. by road north of the study grid. Fox scat picked up near grid : 3 Mus, 1 Phyllostis nothing in fox traps, but not touched. Card's 7 traps north stone pile and poles does affect bears caught 6 musco and 1 spring mule foal kit : 2 Phi dermin (Orny) 3 mus. Successive weighings of dead and live Tillandsia. The live feed was a triple leafed with 8 branches to a spiky seed heads.
