Died June 2 ? 1139 ? Zapus fruniceps June 28th, 6 A.M. Swager Canyon. Torpid in trap, came out about noon. Put on about day July 4. Torpid 9/15, 9/23, 9/24. Lih 10/16. Died 10/20. 16g. Teeth ? mm. Lung OK. 1134 ? Zapus fruniceps 224x140x74x13 19.7 g. Live trap June 28th, 6 A.M. Swager Canyon. Put on long day. Castated July 5. Considerable fat. Teath 6.5 mm. 8/27 hibernating in can. 8/28 awake, still in can, breathing very slowly. 8/29 Died in can. 224x140 no fat. 1135 ? Zapus fruniceps 233x142x31x14 Live trap June 28th, 6 A.M. Swager Canyon. 7/3 torpid 7/4 still torpid 7/5 dead. no fat. H'do pruno- Late pkg. 2-1-2, C.R. 16mm. Spleen very small. No mammary tissue.
