Let them at 2 p.m. for Microtus - lots of runway, droppings and cut plant material. at 9 p.m. had following: 8 Microtus, 9 Soreh, 2 Pero manic, 7 Reithro, 1 Mna. 8 Soreh alive but think one escaped in transferring. Several Microtus escaped live traps. Night clear, windy. Feb 20 Wind died down during night. Ice on some traps. Ran traps at 7 a.m.: 11 Microtus, 10 Soreh, 1 Mna, 1 Pero, 9 Reithro. Again many escapes from the Sherman with short doors. Total score: 120 traps: 19 Microtus, 19 Soreh, 3 Pero, 16 Reithro, 2 Mna. = 59.
