caught Nov. 9, 1948. Died about Dec. 5. Injected with linseed oil intraperitoneally. Oil not absorbed. Weighted 8.5 g. Hanging dead, lacer unfurled.

arrived frozen from Baldwin Dec. 9, not free, skeleton opened both ovaries with small + med. follicles, no corpora. Ova surrounded by a thick rather irregularly zona pellucida so that ovis contain great number of atretic ova - like worm eggs.
