S of Middletown, Lake Co., 1200 ft., Calif. Nov. 25 1395 ♀ Corynorhinus rafinesquae internecine 11 x 5 3/8 x 11 x 37 11g. cought by MK in morning of 11/25, above closet of fence. Ears curled but arcsle rapidly. Killed in p.m. 4:30. Urine and milky fluid effaceable, Mipples small, much fat. Uterus somewhat vascular, Ovary distantly but thinly white-sheeted. Rt. horn larger. Under dissecting scope one med. follicle in rt. ovary. On section: 1 med, pale foll-its oviduct column, secretary. sperm in uterine. Uterus blood much not thick-molded. Lucerne, 1330 ft., Lake Co. Calif. Nov. 25 1396 ♀ Corynorhinus rafinesquae internecine, caught by MK 10 5/8 x 50 x 11 x 38 11.5g Muppeling. In same tunnel, no other cong. In afternoon of 11/24. Urinus have almost same age, uterine not right and not completely sheeted. Dark coloration in both ovines but no signate large or med. follicle. On section: oviduct column, quiet secretary, sperm in uterus! Small-medium (but pale) follicle in one ovary. 1397 ♀ Myotis thysanodes thyranodes caught by MK 8 9/16 x 38 x 9 x 18 7.4g. Injected subcut. with olive oil and kept 45°. Died about Dec. 5, 8 gm. [illegible]. Hanging when dead with zero unfurled, Oil not absorbed.
