1 mi NE Sulpher Bank Mine, 10 mi SE Lucerne, Lake Co., CO Sept. 30, 1947 1302 ♀ Corynorhinus rafinesquae intermedius 117 x 57 x 11 x 38 8.3 g cought in basement of house in afternoon. Killed 5 p.m. Oct. 1. Mipple smallish. Vagina not widely open. Under dissecting scope only small follicles, it-lorn larger, pigmented on mesometrial side of upper end of each horn. No fat. In sections: interstitial tissue not as developed as in some, very vascular, evidencing activity. No large or med. follicles. Some mucosa in uterine lumen with many polymorpho, but no sperm. Blends look secretory. 1303 ♀ Corynorhinus rafinesquae intermedius 99 x 50 x 10 x 38 8.8 g. cought aa 1302. Mipple tiny. Horns almost same size. Pigmented patch in left met at tips of each. Ovaries with small follicles, no fat. Slightly more advanced than 1302, but no large or medium follicles. Vagina thick slitfolded but not cornified. Uterus with numerous polymorphs in lumen but no sperm.
