P. PEARSON 1948 30 Plaster the place with traps tonight. Caught more Corvorphimus in the attic of the New Orleans Hdg. Put up 4 more of them, all g.g. Weather foggy or misty - bright all day. Sept 14 The 120 rednut-barkta muscica set in and around the scirfens - Tylops march caught 1 more Reithro but no Pero. Would have effected at least a half dozen Pero, and would not have been surprised at a dozen. Moon almost full. The Reithro was in a gr grassy tongue projecting into the scirfens. Skinned it while out on the pier waiting for our boat. Because of fog, however, boat didn't arrive until 4 p.m.. Reached Santa Barbara by way of Hueneme at 9 p.m. also look at several striped porpoise in mid-channel Sept 15 Visited Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History from 8-10 a.m.. Shown around by Mr. Abbott and Coggeshall. They have some foxes from Santa Cruz as follows: listed below under fox species acct.
