Maker say they tried to breed but nests all destroyed 20 July A flock of 25 were seen on the tundra near Footprint Lake 23 July to feed on insects? at edge of Fresh Lake 28 July Cape Thompson, Alaska Several pairs seen in area. 31 July Patteesca River, Cape Sabine, Alaska One, possibly 2 pairs in whole area. A pair & a flying juvenile seen on ridge of Fallen Rock.
