Childs 1958 Salmo 30 July Patrzgen River, Cape Sabine, Alaska boat, we were on an island and drift an hour, there was 18-24" of water where we could walk across without yet the leather from shoe-pull met earlier. We could no longer see the salmon. This explains why we did not see them last year as we were upstream at this time and the August rains had swollen the stream on our return. I still hope to get one for a picture.
